Very short answer: What's your damage, if you're going to sue for damages?

Puh-lease.

Who said any thing bout money this is not bout money is the BS of screwing their fans and consumers.

Unlike most greedy americans that go to court for money, I know if i was going for money i dont have snow ball chance in hell with the class action.

At the same time theonly reason i posted this is cause i already talked to Military lawyer since im retired i get free representation and i was sugested to follow through.  I did noy go to Iraq 3 times to be shot at for your freedom and freedom of speech to come home to be screwed by a gaming company..

NO ONE is belittling what you did, however bioware is not an enemy. We aren't trying to destroy them (although I'm some people would like to, that's a given).. You love the ME universe, we love it, we want them to fix it, not go down in flames

What you might do is the latter, and if you fail give up a large chance of getting the former

Have you ever sued someone before?

When you sue someone, you get money. The lawyer gets money. No lawyer on Earth will say "I'll do this case for free and when we win, we'll get free ending DLC."

No, you do this, you will become a very rich man.

And EA will become a very angry company.

And Bioware will become a very dead game developer.

Really you want to bankrupt a company because you're upset about the last 5 minutes of a game? Wow what do you do when a restaurant messes up your order do you sue them too?

Well it be what it will be in the mean time my soldiers and marines loose money on a game that a company falsely sold and failed to deliver, since im not going for monetary gain im making sure they atleast pull the produc of the military exchange to avoid marines and soldier being ripped off by ea/bioware.

Maybe he's going for the emotional distressed angle but you sure look up your state's laws if you're in the US some states make the  loser pay.

I say go for it. You are just being a responsible consumer.

Don't listen to those saying you are crazy, or taking things too far. They are fools. A lot of gamers have been taking it laid down for years. If a game developer promises something in their final product and doesn't deliver it, they owe you a refund, or need to address your grievances.

Stop being retarded, you can't sue for false ads or promises. Otherwise, everybody in our government would be sued. They are the biggest source of false promises, especially our presidents.

Yeah well this is different because we are talking about entertainment, not easy to prove anything in this domain.  And the court system is not fair, that was my whole point.

Tired of kids thinking they know everything these days.

But heck, since we're hamming it up and making ridiculous claims, why not sue them for giving you clinical depression because you can't live on the Citadel?

This.

And I doubt this case would come even an inch to trial.

Unless you've got a lot of money EA is going to outlast you on the court costs alone.  Seriously even when people have legitimate claims to things like patent infringements or things like that you still lose.   That's the problem with the court system for these things.  It takes serious financial firepower just to even get them into court, let alone sustain a trial.  If you do have that kind of backing, go for it.  It will be fun to watch.
