You do realize there are small claims courts right?  Plus in a country where a burglar can successfully sue a homeowner for injuries when falling from a roof..... anything is possible

This is just blowing things way out of proportion. I see all these ridiculous posts from some of the so called 'Line Holders' and can't help but cringe, yet they claim gaming is being ruined by evil corporations. If you really want to find out who is ruining gaming all you need to do is look in the mirror.

I'm surprised a mod has taken this down... regardless, I don' t think bioware should be sued over this. The fans just want them to correct a fatal mistake not sue them. I wouldn't sue them. I think Bioware will suffer from lost sales and disappointed fans enough as it is.

Knowing how insane OP is, he might try to take it to Supreme Court and get a law passed that says all video games must have happy and logical endings or be fined billions of dollars.

I also dont agree with people suing bioware, not only is it a waste of time it hardly gives those of us opposing the endings a positive image.

I think I have a credible basis to sue Bioware on the basis that Mass Effect 3 caused Hitler to start WWII. I mean we've seen the YouTube videos of him complaining about the ending.
