I totally respect you opinion, and absolutely agree that it isn't about one guy. That's actually one of the biggest arguments against the endings as they stand...we get to see zero impact our final decision makes on the galaxy we spent 3 games shaping.
This. Sheperd is the only one who gets some kind of closure, I want to know what happens to everyone else.

Guys if he likes the ending, he likes the ending.
Its his choice on the matter.
Its nice that someone got to like the endings. The fact that they got enjoyment out of it is a good thing for them.
Leave em be and don't jump on the guy for having a different opinion.

The point of Mass Effect is to save the galaxy, but let's be real: the game is about Shepard and friends. We don't play as or interact with the entire galaxy.
Anyways, I'm glad you liked the ending. Majority on this sites says otherwise. Including me.

Let him like the ending. If he wants to understand why people don't, he should read the user reviews stickied at the top of the forum. But if he wants to enjoy it, we don't need to drag him down into the nihilistic hole of soul-crushing despair that the game dumped the rest of us into.

Which is hilarious because Bioware reps constantly say that the trilogy is about Shepard, and no one else as their defense for not having an "epilogue" that shows what everyone else is doing after Shepard makes his decision.

It doesn't matter who it's about when you don't see what happens to anyone anyway.
An Asari and a cripple crash landing in the garden of eden does NOT qualify as closure.

Oh I'm sorry, my second play through was an import of my first, I liked the second more because Shepard lived. Looking at everybody's opinions it seems I'm vastly out numbered, though I do see why a lot of you disliked the ending.
