The entire game is closure. The ending simply focuses solely on Shepard. It is his story, after all.
Disagreed the whole game is about how Shep fights to get an army to save Earth not *her* closure.

What? That's a contradiction.
You see, '101ezylonhxeT's' one specific purpose is why we are all here. The same reason I'm here. To campaign against Bioware to make a new ending because we love the game ('the journey') but the ending is bad.
Let me recap the conversation for you.DarthTrey wrote...
The journey meant nothing anyway.101ezylonhxeT wrote...
101ezylonhxeT said that the "destination made MY journey POINTLESS AND A WASTE OF MY TIME."
I understand that people that are apart of the Retake movement care about the journey and want to fix the ending to better reflect the trials and tribulations they went through during said journey. My reply was specifically to 101ezylonhxe because that specific person stated that they felt they had wasted their time and didn't care about the journey. I questioned that if it had wasted their time, why did they continue to comment on it. At no point in this conversation did I turn this on anyone other than the person I was quoting.

Right so the resolution of the genophage, or the war for Rannoch, those didn't happen.

And that is closure how? Maybe for the species but not for Shep. You forget that the main reason Shep does these is to get an army.

And then you bring Shep's story full circle with the final choice of sacrifice vs. survival after getting to basically say goodbye to all your friends one by one. So what's the issue?

Yes, I acknowledge that. My reply, just like it was earlier, is if it was such a huge waste of your time and you feel like it was pointless, why are you still on the forums complaining about the ending? Obviously it meant something to you or you wouldn't be here. To which you'll reply something about it being pointless.101ezylonhxeT wrote...
The ending made everything i did from ME1 to 3 absolutely pointless thus playing ME3 was a waste of my time.DarthTrey wrote...

You can't be serious. Nothing my Shep did change anything, not that there is this Joker suddenly at the relays my companions are with him too and they were supossed to be at my side. Also in the end whatever color you chose dooms the galaxy and nothing. No actual closure no effect of who I gathered nothing but a starchild who gives me three color choices.

Your Shep didnt' change anything? Did you skip over the Krogan and Quarian portions of the game? Or pretty much everything else?
The probem with you people is that you are indeed the 'loud' minority. What you say there is exactly why I hate threads/posts like this. The sole reason you write that you love the ending is to support Bioware, not to give a criticism or whatever. Sorry, but this is why Drones are bad. Drones like the ending, ok, we got it.Donavien wrote...
The Mass Effect saga isn't about one guy, it's about the galaxy. Please keep your sarcasm out of my post. All I want is to let Bioware know that not everybody hates the ending.
