Did anyone else pre-order from Newegg?  I'm just curious if anyone knows when they will ship.

First time I preordered from Newegg as well, was kinda curious how it will go. Did the overnight delivery so hopefully by the 4th. Going to run to Walmart tonight at midnight and see if I get lucky with a CE. If not, I guess I'll just have to go from there

As someone who's got the product already, I can tell you this, don't bother.



The web site is already faltering under the pre-launch traffic, it's going to be utterly useless tomorrow.



Also, there appears to be a special treat with the CE, so that my key isn't recognized by the site (others are reporting the same). And redeeming exclusive items? Don't be silly, just a blank white page.

I have my CE ordered from Newegg. The Standard PC and Xbox360 already shipped today. My thoughts are that they got everything today, and haven't updated stock. Just speculation though.

My last purchase: Uncharted 2 arrived on the official release date while going with free 3 day shipping, (shipped out on Sunday, received email and tracking # on same day), which was a Tuesday. It could have been that the warehouse was across the river from me but Newegg has always been timely with most of my purchases. I'm hoping that my next purchase from them: GoW-C will be the same. You didn't get a tracking # or an email saying it's been shipped already?

No, mine hasn't been shipped yet. I haven't gotten an email yet, and my account on their website still says it is "on hold" until the pre-ordered item is stocked. I'm hoping that gets updated today. I just want to get this by the weekend.

My preorder (PC CE) isn't even on my account page any more. I called them and it apparently still hasn't shipped. Off to check the B&M stores...

I chatted with customer support. The lady there said that she could see the pre-order still on my account, but could not tell me when it would ship.

Newegg has informed me that they will soon be shipping my order (and presumably others' orders).
