I buaght 3 Specter Packs 2 of wich i did not receive and it took money off of me account..

It said i lost server conection so it took me back to the front screen of the game and from there i reconected to the MP then check my items to see if i got any thing new and i did not.

1 of my other friends that i play this game with had the same problem all so but i dont know how many others out there has had there money taken with not receiving any type of upgrade packs.

Is there any way to fix this?

Same exact thing happened to me 6 hours ago. I called psn and they told me to call EA. I said "But you are the ones who took my money. Shouldn't you be the ones calling EA?" They said if I don't get it resolved with them to call psn back and get a refund. I said "Can't you just do that now? I paid for my spectre packs with my own money and you guys didn't deliver your end. It says PlayStation Store in the upper left hand of the screen when I bought it so my issue is with you," The guy then tells me that since it doesn't appear on the download list that it's not their problem until EA doesn't fix the issue. It appears on the transaction list so how is it not psn or Sonya issue? I write down both transaction numbers that didn't go through and I will be calling EA in the morning when they open at 7cst. I'm pretty sure I'm out $4 and will never buy those packs with any more $. I can't even get the transaction to go through with 60000 points now. It keeps saying it isn't processing. Not only do we get kept out of the good ME3 deals since we own a PS3, but we get our money taken as well.
