I bought my DAO game from D2D and it installed fine. I finally linked up my EA account to my Bioware account and redeemed the promo code for the Blood dragon armor and stone prisoner DLC's. In-game, it showed that these two DLC's were downloading, though, for the Blood Dragon Armor, the required version was highlighted in red and showed version 1.0 required (I have version 1.01b). Anyway, after a while it showed both of these were downloaded but nothing showed up in the installed. This was last night; this morning, I started the game up and both DLC's were no longer even showing downloaded, and more than that: the Stone Prisoner was showing that it was available for 1400 points!! I thought this was supposed to be free with the promo??!! I turned the game off and checked this forum. I "restarted" the content updater and tried the game again. This time, the Blood Dragon Armor was showing enabled and it was in my inventory, but the Stone Prisoner was still showing only under available content for 1400 points. This is very frusterating. I'm almost certain that contacting EA will yield nothing but the runaround and I"m thinking that if I contact Bioware, they'll tell me to see EA. Does anyone here know wft if up??

yes i had the same problem, i made the download start, and i directly closed after that. the next day they were totally gone! now i dont have gotten an answer still from bioware. and that was 2 weeks ago.

I restarted the updater service and booted up the game, the Blood armor was enabled and in my inventory and The Stone Prisoner was now downloading again. I played for a while and checked again and this time it said that the status of Stone Prisoner was "Extracting". I had to shut off the game and I'm going to check it again in a couple of hours. Hopefully it will be installed. I'm now worried that it will be installed but it won't work when I try to use it, or I won't be able to access it. At least Stone Prisoner is no longer showing that I need to buy it!!

Okay, I got the Stone Prisoner installed and enabled. I followed the instructions in the unofficial sticky to delete partially downloaded DLC or DLC that simply fails to work and then I manually downloaded the Stone Prisoner as per the same instructions. Then I double clicked the daupdater.exe in the bin_ship folder in the main game directory. Then I dragged the zip folder that the Stone Prisoner downloaded as into this dialog that popped up when I double-clicked the daupdater.exe. Then I highlighted the file in the dialog box and clicked install. Voila, it now shows up as installed and enabled in game. The quest showed up in my quest log and all looks well. However, I still don't know if the content actually works, but I'll post when I get around to that quest whether or not it all works. I will note, that the Stone Prisoner still shows up in the downloaded tab at 100% however.

I am having the same issue.
Ive already played with Stone Prisoner running, but now, for some reason, its un authorized.

Yes, my game is fully registered and there is a CD Key in my registry.
Yes, my profile says Stone Prisoner is registered on my account.
No, I cannot use it.

Check that the Dragon Age Content Updater Service is started, and if it is not, start it.
(A quick way to get to the list of services is to go to the start menu and run services.msc)

Section 3.2.4 in the DLC sticky thread (http://social.biowar...8/index/81613/1) has some instructions on how to reinstall the updater service if its not starting.

POSSIBLE SPOILER ALERT!!!!
I got to the Imperial Highway where you can travel to the quest location and I was able to meet with the merchant who gives you the quest, all was well. But then on the way to the village where shale is I got ambushed by a bunch of wolves and my party was wiped out and I forgot to save, lol, so I still don't know if Stone Prisoner works properly yet. Will post again later today.
