Allers: No reason to be in the game honestly...
Ash/Kaidan: Xenophobic gun nut or blandy mc headache. Admittedly Ash isn't that bad, but still.
Jacob:Boring cloaca. Nuff said.
Jack in ME 2: Surprise ME 3 twist was nice. She changed for the better.

Liara...
As much as I love her as a squadmate and character she just would not leave Shepard alone and even came off a bit like a stalker at times especially if you did not romance her. The way she reacts when you do the banshee mission and go to Thessia is just annoying.
She was on Mars when Earth was hit and saw Palaven burning and all she does is give a small ghasp and moves right on but during those two missions she goes on and on about how evil it is to do that to Asari and how the Alliance or someone else should have sent help.
I mean how many Human, Turian, Baterian, and Krogen husks has she seen and killed by the time we can go to the mosastery?

That little kid in the trailers and in the first mission (For me, he is the worst "character" in all the games I have ever played.)
Jacob Taylor (I hated him so much I let him die in the last mission in ME2 so I wouldn't have to deal with him in ME3.)
Steven Cortez (I have nothing against his sexual orientation but to be remined of that fact in every second dialogue with him was rather annoying.)
Starchild (not Paul Stanley
) (I think there is no need to say why)
oh and Kai Leng, this one only because lack of a story/ifno about him in ME3. He is pretty interesting character but without reading the books I wouldn't know.

Hmm... I hated Jacob since he "rejected" me in ME2. That he cheats on you in ME3 if you do romance him makes me hate him more!
Diana Allers was just meh. I didn't hate her, but I didn't like interacting with her much either. She was the one squad member I never visited in the room.
I hated Ashley in ME1, but from the vids I watched, she seems to have improved in ME3. I shall try a playthrough where she lives just to see if I still hate her.
You won't like Ashley more than before if you run into the "you-worked-for-Cerberus-lines" in ME3.
That's what I can say as an Ash-fan. Either you like her before ME3 or you won't like her at all.
Very interesting to hear that from you, Cpt. Data. As I didn't play ME1 (yet), I can say I liked Ashley even with my limited play time with her. Played up to Udina Coup then accidently send her away.
I kinda like all Cerberus thing going on Mars with Ash or Kaidan. I see those conversations as a token of care. If they didn't care for Shepard that much, they wouldn't try to restore their faith in him.
Only negative side of Ash is mega boobage that nearly cover all my screen on some hospital scenes.
