  my mass effect 3 save keeps freezing on my second playthrough when im going to save the krogan female :/ its very frustrateing ive started new saves and excanged my collecter edition disks for reguler ones at a gamestop and still didnt help   any kinda help would be nice

Are you using your previous character for this 2nd playthrough? IE the one you just beat the game with

Or are you using a completely different character and was it an import from me2?
Was it a brandnew character created in me3?

Does the freeze happen while trying to load the initial mission to the planet or during the mission its self and at which part of the mission does it occur? etc.

I know bugs/game breaking things suck big ol nuts , best thing to do is provide as much information as possible. could be someone here that had the same thing happen and found a work around. OR maybe bioware will chime in on some of these bugs..

its a me3 charater i imported for a second playthrough and it does it when im going to the planet

I have been getting that on the load screens just before it starts the game freezes and i have to reset my xbox its really annoying

My game freezes randomly during load screens, during cut scenes and in missions and conversations. I have reinstalled the game to my Xbox hard drive twice but it still happens.

 I need help too! I pre-ordered my ME3 Collector's Edition and just started playing it. I couldn't even go through the Mars Archive mission without it freezing/crashing multiple times. I cleared my system cache, installed the new patch but still it freezes so often, I can barely go through the game. I have been a fan since the first one and I am deeply frustrated right now. I have considered returning this copy and getting a new one but will it help? I've read in other forums it's the game itself that has the problem and not the CDs.....
