The visit itself is not exclusive, but the romance scene that takes place is (obviously). I believe it takes place right before Thessia (Or right after, will have to check).
Edit: Also, when she asks you for Alliance resources, give them to her. She dies otherwise, I believe.

thank you - I assume she asks for the resources during the apartment scene?
BTW, you will get an email to meet her on the Citadel at some unspecified time after the second meeting (having played Thessia is not a requirement), but she can be found on the Citadel some time before you get that mail.
