i won a reaper game on silver but i did not receive the commendation pack associated with it.
i have "upload gameplay feedback" enabled,

Did you guys enable the gameplay upload in the "Online" options? Because that needs to be enabled for this to work...

**** me!! Why wasn't there a proper warning that THAT option had to be enabled? I disabled it because it increased my latency and from the description I understood its only purpose was for identifying issues with troubleshooting!

I killed brutes and won silver Reaper challenge!

I did not receive the commendation pack too.
My "online feedback" was off for the first fights, but after reading the full discribtion i activated it on saturday. Won my next reaper-silver-challenge on sunday (feedback was and is still on)

I had feedback on all the time, won quite a few silver games, killed even more brutes, and yet I only got the Victory pack. I hope this gets seen by BW staff.

EDIT: I just remembered I had my in-game Origin turned off. Could that be causing this issue,because I am 100% sure that I had feedback turned on...?

But the best course of action is to contact EA live support. Generally it takes less than 5 minutes and they will get you set up quickly

i won a silver reaper but didn't get the pack too (i got the online thing on the options enabled)

in the origin help screen it says that if you win that pack, it is shown in "http://social.biowar...titlements.php"

i haven't got the pack there either

At the time of OP it was still within the timeframe that we had stated you would expect to receive them, since it is outside that timeframe EA support is now handling this issue.
