i won a reaper game on silver but i did not receive the commendation pack associated with it.
i have "upload gameplay feedback" enabled,

lol, circular support, EA support directed OP here, you are directing him to EA support. WHO actually gives the support?
At the time of OP it was still within the timeframe that we had stated you would expect to receive them, since it is outside that timeframe EA support is now handling this issue.
