Hi, im from Italy.
I've preordered the collector edition of mass effect 3 at Game Stop somthing like 8 months ago. I do this for the extra content included in the game box but also to recive the special bonus content liked to game stop preorder, i mean the armor and the 2 weapons. Now i have the game box form the day one, but nothing about the bonus pack (armor and the 2 weapons).
What i have to do?

Try to do Redeem Code in Origin again.
I got the DLC and weapons, soundtrack and the PDF file from doing it.
And completely solved the "Cerberus Code Error" problem.

You might have to contact GS for your code. If they give you issue and make sure you have all paperwork to show you preordered, then contact EA support. EAS may ask you to e-mail/fax a copy of your paperwork to show you're entitled.
