i think its unlocked after you reach a certain rank the option to purchase veteran packs i had a connection issue to i assume its the same thing?

Nothing to do with rank, everyone can have this problem. I bought 2 and earned 1 through in game credits last night and I didn't get anything from either. That's 3 packs I got ripped off from. I called EA and they said they were aware of the issue and would have it fixed soon. The girl also said it should fix itself when the issue itself is fixed. I asked her if I could get a reference number for my call if I didn't get reimbursed so she took my e-mail address and said I would get an email with the reference number but I have yet to get it. Idk. This game keeps letting me down.
