As the title suggests, I installed the regular version of Mass Effect 3 and then I received the N7 edition so I wanted to install that one, obviously.

I uninstalled Mass Effect 3 (reglar) from Origin (which just brings out the control panel) but I noticed that the game cover still was in Origin.

When I tried to install the N7 edition, using the N7 discs, ovbiously, Origin just kept reinstalling the regular version of Mass Effect 3. This way I can't get the N7 collector edition weapons, additional outfit and mech dog

How can I solve this problem?

I will need to double check but I think the code inside the box makes it available via Origin auto download once you power up the game.

There is a thing inside your disk tin called "Activate Your Collector's Edition Content" on the back of the Kingdoms of Amular ad.

yes, I used that code but it gave me only "from ashes" dlc

The registration code on the "manual" should register as an N7 edition and unlock the N7/CE content.
The Code on the extra card is the "From Ashes" DLC.

I contacted live help, they told me to use my "registration code" (the one on the white card) to redeem the n7 edition content bit it didn't work. the guy from the live help added manually the soundtrack to my downloadable content but not the rest.

I contacted live help again, explained the situation, and the guy told me that N7 weapons and mech dog are "in the disc", not downloadable content.

that's the reason why I came here asking how to install my N7 edition properly.
