Interesting.
Will be nice to see what they are planning though.

Why'd you edit out everything?
Can't hide it from me

Aright! We got an answer from Ray Muzyka:

It still sounds too much of a corporate talk to me, but he at least he says the whole thing will be adressed in april.
Thoughts?
Can't hide it from me

Hopefully we get what we deserve and are entitled to since if you bought the games day one and with all DLC that eventually came along, which for me is around 300 dollars because I have both collector's editions ME2 and ME3. Either we get closure, real endings or a full refund at least for ME3.
As consumers if we are not satisfied with a product which is fairly obvious an fact that not everyone is completing the game because they were spoiled or they see that their choices didn't matter. And the endings kill the replay value of the story so I guess multiplayer is there for something.

I find it 100% appalling that people are demanding full refunds.

I work at Gamestop and we have people handing us their collector's editions art book, comic, patch and all. In the last week we have gotten a total over 70+ copies of Mass Effect 3 with 5-6 on my time their being collector's editions. I just hand them to my boss and him to deal with the Collector's editions.
It's sad because MW3 and Gears 3 don't even have that many returns and they have been out alot longer.

Even after you ruin all the DLC codes, CE is still 65 store credit? That doens't make any sense.

Hey I pass them to my boss and he checks them out. I guess some don't use the codes.
