Im just wondering how you will no if it's a sidequest or not?

How am i goin to know if im already done with that quest?

Does the enemy get tougher? Im in the lothering at this point but feel like the enemy are tad easy...

Sorry if im asking so many questions, this game still confuse me a bit but im very willing to learn cause i really like this game...

when you pause, there is a list of quests and they shall be broken down there, also when a quest updates you will see it in the bottom left corner. always a good sign to check your quest list then.

Oh, ok thanks! What about if i didn't finish the side quest or i forgot can i go back to that place and do it?

Doesn't the quest log break them down in categories like "The Blight" and "Lothering" etc? I just assumed those under the Blight were main quests and everything else are side quests to some degree.
