For the Chantry Quest in which you have to kill the bandits in Denirum, if you kill the bandits before taking the quest at the 3 different locations, you will be unable to complete the quest.

The locations didn't show up for me until AFTER I accepted the quest. Next time I'll try reading the quest and NOT taking it to see if the alleys show up then.
