Did other people influence your opinion about the ending or did you just naturally dislike it after it was over? For me, the ending was a bit sad because I had low war assets, which caused the beam from the Crucible to kill everybody. I never really thought that it was terrible, just unexpected because I assumed there would be a happy ending.

I didn't really think anything bad about the ending, but the more I seen peoples complaints about it, the more it did seem pretty horrible. I mean, people are right. There's no closure, no resolve. It's just left in limbo, nothing explained. I think people have a legitimate reason to be unhappy and I support the movement for a better ending, even if they do charge for it.

I replayed it to see if I could get a better ending though, which ammusingly didn't exist. I chose the merge/green option the second time around. It was at least better than having everyone dead or left in the dark ages.
