Maybe the packed file was corrupted during download, I'd try to redownload it.

Could be there way of stopping you from playing till tomorrow , most Digital people won't let you play till tomorrow.by blocking some of the download.

I'm no expert, but I'd imagine you got a corrupted download somehow. Emailing EA support and/or redownloading is probably your best bet.

pre-load? With steam we can download 15.3g of the game but still cant start playing unitl tomorrow.

Yes, they intentionally hold some of the important files. Until release date, what you have there is an incomplete installation. Just wait for the release date and you'll get update to unlock it.

How does the download work from the EA site?



Do they give you key to download with? or is it a one time deal?



If i had to guess i would think that you received some corrupt files when you downloaded it.



If you can download it again from EA, i would advise deleting the local content and downloading it again.



If not, you should submit a ticket to EA
