Hi folks,

I posted about this yesterday and went on to read about the issue. The issue is that I purchased From Ashes the day I got the game, downloaded it... and by the time I was almost done realized it never appeared.

The solution is simple - go to Preferences, System, Storage and find and delete the DLC. It will be under Mass Effect 3. Then, redownload it and enjoy it.

My diagnosis of the cause is that I downloaded it while logged into the game, waiting at the main screen. Perhaps it was unable to instal, but still returned a "complete" flag.

Enjoy Javik! The mission is fun, and the character is amazing. Definitely worth $10.
