Hello
Is it possible to modify ME2 saves to change Level, or other details ?
On Xbox it's possible with "Modified-Gibbed-r1b8b" software... but is it possible on ME3 ?
If not, can we exchange saves between gamers ?

May try asking on a website that specializes in that kind of stuff. There may be a way to edit saves using some kind of hack program, who knows. I don't think you can exchange saves either. They are tied to your account and won't load up in another account. Again, maybe using some kind of hack program you can get around this.
Seems rather pointless though as ME2 is really cheap if you don't already own it on the PS3. You can blow through it in a couple of days, use the comic to make all of your important decisions from ME1, and with all the personal experience from playing it on a different system (or online resources) make a final ME2 save as a base to start up at level 30 in ME3 to get your desired result. Which is what I did after beating ME3 and decided I wanted to try to get the maximum war effort. Which meant I had to change decisions in ME1 and ME2. It's not hard, just took a little bit of time.

try a save modifier for the pc or 360 just google it not sure if there is one for the ps3

i already have ME2 on PS3, i downloaded it from the PSN store, but i erased it to install ME3 (buyed on the store also), my PS3 is a 60GO... I have keeped from ME2 only my games saves... The one i have imported in ME3... i have'nt sufficient space to install ME2 and ME3 at same time...
Why Bioware encrypt saves with account...? on Xbox there is no problems to exchange saves, you can download the save you want (if you didn't want to replay entire ME2), modify them with Gibbed editor; then rehash and resign, put it in the Xbox save folder, and it work very well...
