I repeat, this is not real. So if you see this topic of a BioWare writer speaking out against the ending that is floating around on the internet, it has been debunked!

Obviously without a source, who knows if this is real. But I guess if a writer did write something on a forum or spoke off cuff, there is no real way to know it's 100% true if he's not making an official statement to press. Still, interesting about Casey.

And if this is real, I bet the guy will be in trouble for speaking out.

He's identifiable because he lists what he wrote....it's a well-written post but I doubt it's real. Or the guy doesn't care about losing his job, or he's stupid.

Interesting read nonetheless. And it would explain the stark differences between the ending and the game as a whole

If indeed they should fire the guy for being good at what he does, I feel pity for Bioware

If those characters are correct then its (name redacted)*. There was already a leak about him writing about how he wrote Tali, rannoch and other stuff on that second post. Still no way to verify if the first post is real or not.

Interesting to say the least, but I don't think its real. Someone from the writing staff saying something like that now would be career-suicide. I would more readily accept it if this statement came out a couple of years down the line, when this debacle is more settled, one way or the other.

Agreed. No real way to get a source and that is a good thing. That will keep that employee employed.
