I was playing ME3 online last night.. My game froze! I started up again today... I got the Ea menu when you first start the game up... "Please, enter your online code!" Pressed X: Now everything has been reset. My kills are now back at 46..( I had 4000)  I was on mission 20 on insanity. On the accomplishment menu it's reset to one (like everything else) but the trophy images still show! My data is fine though? Jacob mission! The only thing I havent' lost is My level (46) Second play through.. btw! This happened to me in ME2... What a frickin' nightmare! I want answers! Will I have to complete the game twice more? This isn't on! Give me everything back... please! What a joke, man! I'm not one to **** n' moan.. but really? 





Why is this?

The accomplishments and packs disappearing hasn't happened to me but the freezing has happened at least a dozen times now. We have not received any comment from Bio and there have been numerous threads commenting on this.

Thanks for the screenshots. They wouldn't be lot had you not unlocked them. Hopefully the screen shots will warrant a response...

It's not acceptable! The thought of having to complete this game 3 more times! This insanity run was my final play through...
