During my playthrough, I noticed a few moments in the game where Ashley (after talking to her before the final push on Earth), a C-Sec Turian (after giving him the cipher Cerberus Codes, I think) and Shepard (I don't remember where this happened - but it happened twice), had their heads spin 360 degrees or 180s from straight forward to straight back.
I'm sure that this is just a minor bug, but I wanted to report it so you're aware of it.
If it happens again on subsequent playthroughs, I'll post back. If anyone else has this issue, feel free to add in your comments/experience.

This has happened to not only you but everyone who's played the game. Traynor is a great example of that. Just stand behind her and click on her while she faces her terminal. Her head will do a 180 to face you while she speaks with her auto dialogue.
