I am getting a freeze after selecting the destroy the reaper ending and i shoot the power terminal. Shepard runs shoots the power terminal and then after about 30 seconds i get a freeze and can not finish the game.
Anyone have a solution?

I opened origin and right clicked on ME3 and selected repair and the game is working correctly now so this is fixed.
