I preordered a copy of Mass Effect 3 for my Xbox 360 with EA's Origin service, but I have of yet received my code for the Raider shotgun. I have sent multiple emails to customer service asking them for their help, but I have of yet been able to resolve this issue. I am wondering if other players are having this problem and if they somehow got it resolved.

Confirmed... Origin lied to you and it's only for PC. Mind you they aren't the only ones. Sainsbury's said they were giving away N7 Warfare codes with their Prima Game Guides and then after launch said "Nope, you must have been confused" and only through proving to them that they lied did they say "Sorry, we made a mistake!"
