You don't understand, clearly.  The product wasn't defective they gave you a beginning middle and end to game and just because you didn't like a part doesn't mean that it was an incomplete or defective product.  If you order a meal at a restaurant and don't like how it tastes you don't et a free replacement meal.  The product worked fine making your defective claim invalid.  It's not paying someone for the same bit of work either.  If you are a Bioware employee you would have thought work on ME3 main game was done.  Now if I then see outraged fans and I'm told I have to work on a "NEW" project to fix the endings.  That's not the same bit of work it's response to fans and if you expect it for free you will be sorely disappointed friend.

I've gotten replacement meals because I didn't like something before. And you know what? Those are the restaurants I keep frequenting, because they put customers first.

I don't believe you've ever gotten a replacement meal for free just because you didn't like a part of it is the first point and second is way to address my analogy (the least important part of my post) and only that, it really shows strength in your argument.

I don't expect the DLC to be free and I think it hurts our movement to demand it. Bioware doesn't have to do anything, they could just leave the endings as they are. If they do release a DLC that gives us new endings I expect to pay for it and I will gladly do so.

While I agree with you on your main points, I do believe that the points shuold be conveyed with a touch more civility. Also, I'd rather pay for a very well-crafted ending DLC than get a free, text-based epilogue patch.

Are you kidding me?! Seriously, as much as the ending was hated, it seems like it was the one Bioware chose. Now they're going to make some fixes to it, which requires getting in voice actors, creating new scenes and just general working costs. All of this costs money and you want it for free because you didn't like the ending and demanded a new one.

Yeah this situation has been out of control from the start.  People are way too up in arms about this and unreasonable topics like this hurt  everyone.  Makes the gamers look ridiculous and is an undeserved slap in the face to bioware.  Everyone needs to calm down about this.
