Free is always nice, however if they make a significant part of the DLC better for a payment that would be a lot nicer IMO.
Would you rather free, minimal DLC or fully-featured, non-free DLC?

I simply want the best end for the trilogy possible. Whether I pay for it or not simply gives or takes away "customer service points" from Bioware.

Everything is better when it's free, but if they did it well enough I wouldn't mind paying for something.

I have no issue paying for a fully featured proper ending dlc.

Complete. I'll happily pay if they fix the ending to be the epic conclusion they advertised.

I know it will cost but I want full featured DLC with new endings that reflect our choices and one of them should be a happy ending, that is why I will continue to hold the line.

Most of these responses show how feeble we are and how willing to be milked for more money after being so disappointed we actually are.

20$ for a ending DLC ? I dont think so. I will pay for quality but i have already pay for a collector edition and i am not a cow with unlimited milk for bioware.

I'd rather pay a few bucks for a much more polished ending. Sure, it'll take more time. I'm fine with that. Just let me know if it's coming so I can start enjoying the game again and maybe pick up other DLC in the meantime.

I'll happily pay for a full featured ending DLC as long as the issues raised by the community are addressed.

If the DLC is just fixing ending, it should be free.
However, if it is size of Arrival or Lair of the Shadow Broker AND fixes the endings, they can slap 10 $ into it. At that point I am not paying just for fix, but also for new content.

Whatever is right for Mass Effect. I'm inclined to believe the highest quality solution would be most appropriate.

NO no no, how can you guys be willing to pay? This isn't some additional content, right now there is no ending to this game. What I want is a patch to fix this.

I'm so vested that I'd probably pay for a proper ending, but I'd do so with the assumption that it would be the last Bioware product I ever purchase. Paid DLC is for optional extras -- side missions, multiplayer maps, new weapons/armors, etc. A proper ending to the game (in fact, the series) is not "optional" to me, and to pay for something they should've given us all along would be something of a last straw for me.

I would happily pay $20 for a LotSB length ending, which showed the results of what Shepard did during the first 95% of the game. In addition, I'd also pay $15 for 'Ashes', which I haven't done yet, and I'll buy the Omega DLC when that comes out, for $15.
Then there's SWTOR to consider. I'm on the fence with that right now, and how I end up feeling about Bioware will ultimately be the deciding factor on whether I keep playing or cancel.
Summing up, my value to Bioware for 2012 if things are fixed : $170, and, if they aren't fixed : 0

Free, but minimal is fine, so long as the endings are actually fixed in a proper way. Everything else should be optional, and as such can be paid content.
I've already purchased what was supposed to be a full product at full price.

If we get a mission that is as well produced as the Priority Missions, and as exciting and reliant upon preparation as the Suicide Mission of Mass Effect 2, then I would gladly pay money for it.

To be honest, I don't think I'd be satisfied with a "Where are they now?" slide show (although I saw one on YouTube based on Animal House - it was genius). I think free would be a nice gesture, but quality is more important to me. If they gave it an all-out effort, I would be willing to pay.

If they go the "Fully-featured non-free DLC" route I wouldn't mind.

Id pay for a better ending going down the path of Indoctrination theory. Would consider the whole package to be a masterpiece.

Quality makeover instead of a crappy showcard epilogue.
Yes I would pay for the quality that Bioware normally stands for.

Please people this is what we have been fighting for it was never going to be free. We should get an ending that has options and cutscenes and not a slideshow.
