I don't want a half assed ending again so the latter.

I'd drop some money as well. It's gonna cost them no matter what they do and if they do, truly, rise to the demands then they have more than earned my support.

Depending on how many endings it has, and I would be just fine with 40 pages of text and 20 minutes of CGI extra, I'd pay up to 30 euros.
However, regardless of quality or price, I'd never buy a first day, or first quarter Bioware product again. I'd rather wait for a complete edition that won't have me jumping through these hoops. Contemplating how much an ending sucked for 5 days and then lobbying for more for 5 months, is not what I'm buying.

Hmm...despite my grievances, I would be willing to pay for the DLC to fix this mess, and will be willing to forgive Bioware to a considerable extent also. As someone else commented, something like Dragon Age Awakenings might work quite well for extending/adding to/changing the ME3 endings.

Non-free, full featured

If we're talking Firewalker-grade DLC, it should be free. It also shouldn't be Firewalker-grade DLC. I'd be game for paying up to $20 for Shadow Broker-grade DLC.

It's interesting, I imagine it'll be free DLC of a sort. Being DLC will let Bioware get past the patch-size limits put in place for the consoles. However, I'm just expecting a Genesis-esque epilogue comic at this point. Wouldn't be surprised if there was more, but that's what I expect.

Quality and replay ability.............not nonsense twist....
The story was either win or loose................not Deux Machine twist.
Sometimes a complex whole universe like Mass Effect just needs some simplicity at the end...........NOT surprises, twists, and speculations with plot holes and questions left.

Just highlighting this thread again, to bring attention to a particularly good post by me on page 3.
I'd like a full-blown expansion pack, with a really good epilogue too, and am happy to pay for it.

I'd pay for LotSB length and quality out the nose.

If they actually do a good job fixing the ending, I'll pay them anything they want.

It depends on how much content is in said DLC, if it is just a few new endings and they charge me 10 bucks then no not paying for it, but if it adds an additional 2 - 6 hours of game play I will purchase it without thinking twice.

I'd pay for extra work done. Minimal DLC may be free, but will probably be not satisfactory to most of us. I'd rather they go full throttle and it's not too much to ask to expect something in return.

Free DLC would most likely be pretty shoddy, so paid DLC.

I would pay money for an ideal ending... Simply since I think Bioware wouldn't make free as good.
So yeah, I'll pay. But it better be worth it.
Hold the line!

I would pay for a fully fleshed out and completed ending that gives us what we were promised. I wouldn't like doing it and I would be extremely wary of bioware in the future but I would do it.

Free, minimal 'fix'.
Once the ending isn't an emotional train wreck where my character willing goes along with the Reapers to commit mass genocide, follow through with Cerberus' plan, or follow through with Saren's plan, then I'd love to see a fully featured DLC.
