Always depressing to see it all laid out like that, but yeah; glad this is all still being posted.

Budget and Time will always be a hurdle for game developers, but false promises do not engender customer loyalty.

And whenever someone tries to say that the expectations of this series were unreasonable, I think this:

BioWare's claim to fame is its ability to craft stories that reflect player choice. From a design implementation perspective this is effectively matter of organizing a series of "if-then" statements. This is C-Basic programming. And the rest of the gameplay is essentially just a series of Gears of War levels and cut-scenes. Meanwhile, Bethesda gives us Skyrim, with freaking Dragons that you and any NPCs and creatures around you interact with in real time. Their final product seemed too good to be true and yet they managed to actually deliver on their promises.

Huh. And expecting BioWare to deliver something that they've already shown they could do is unreasonable...

There's no way budget and time were the issue here. They had the game finished 3 months before release, hence why they had time to make the Ashes DLC. Assuming that isn't a lie too, of course.

Has anyone thought of sending the link to this thread to some of the news sites which have been on our side (Forbes) or any other news site?

I don't really know who to send it to, but anyone is welcome if they wish.

I tried to write something... but my dissapointment in this company and their decline of product quality (I call it product, not art)... this is not anger any more... I am just sad...

You know, it would be nice if we could cordinate with these sites. They have a much louder voice and certainly aren't "entitled".

This is an example of why BioWare shouldn't bother trying to satisfy the nerd-rage crowd. No matter what is offered or what is changed they will never be satisfied.

If anybody has a Twitter account....and you support Post-Ending DLC or the Indoctrination Theory, please go post detailed and "constructive" feedback on the Mass Effect 3 Twitter page.

It would seem that a lot of the people that support the current ending, are casual gamers that also are rampant Twitter users.

They praise the current ending and call us BSN members, whiners that aren't smart enough to comprehend the ending(honestly there's nothing to comprehend, its awful unless its just a dream.)

So I implore you, do not just sit here on the forums with all of the constructive feedback....get on Twitter and Facebook and make it known that were are the majority and we're not just BSN members complaining about a "coherent" ending....

Someone post the OP on the ME3 Twitter please!!!

Well said but nothing will change. They simply don't care about the opinions of the fans because our opinions come AFTER they get our money. Bioware is no longer about a quality product, it's about shoving whatever product they make down the throats of the maximum number of people and then moving on to the next.

/shrug

I really wish it is fixed so I can repurchase the game used and end what should have been the most epic sci-fi story ever. I'd give that a 1% chance of happening though.

Personally I think they chopped up the completed game and expected to sell it through DLC. Of cource BioWare denies it, but hard to say what's true at this point.

and I feel I need to clarify. I'm not trying to bash anyone, and I'm certainly trying to be civil, but it is just all so ridiculous.

This. This just absolutely true. And it's my biggest complaint with the ending, not what we were promised.

Not being satisfied with lies? yea I'm sure that would go for anyone buying a product. Fail troll.
