You are wrong yourself.
*SPOILER ALERT*
If you beat Mass Effect 3, you would know the Reaper's are defeated in the end, so it doesn't make sense they are in MP as well. Explain that please

Well the MP matches are supposed to take place during the timeline of ME3, not after. That's why your readiness in MP affects your SP. Not to mention any classes that you promote.SGC Reaper SV wrote...

Here's what I'd want to see
-Drones: your basic mooks. Just health bars.
-Guardians: Like Centurions without the smoke grenades. Have thick biotic barriers and can drop additional barriers.
-Assassins: They carry the Particle Beam. Also use biotic barriers but not as thick as the Guardians.
-Harbinger: At a certain point (Wave 7 on Bronze, Wave 5 on Silver, Wave 3 on Gold), Harbinger will begin to ASSUME DIRECT CONTROL of his Collectors and cause utter havoc on the field. Thick barriers and armour.
-Scions: Remember these? Those things that spam Shockwave. Thick armour.
-Praetorian: Remember this Shepard-obsessed tank? This would be the boss unit that shows up on the field. Thick barriers and thicker armour with the potential to recharge the barrier. Thankfully no insta-kill techniques.

Would also like some Mercenary groups as enemies.

Don't even care about there being lore excuses for fighting people tbh
I think continuity and plot integrity went out the window with the end of the game.

Also, EDI explicitly says that they have other Collector Cruisers than just the one you destroy. "I have compared the EM signature of this ship with known Collector profiles..." They presumably are not at the base when it is blown up/bio-bombed. Walters confirmed this back in like January via Twitter.TygerHeart wrote...
The Collectors have been beaten, their base destroyed, but they are a spacefaring race. A group of holdouts being around isn't that much of a stretch.

I don't think Blue Suns, Blood Pack, and Eclipse enemies will work UNLESS you combine them as one enemy type...maybe like a "mercenary" enemy type that's out to kill Shepard for some unknown reason before Aria's Omega take back.
Collector's is a no brainer though since you have all sorts of enemies from in your face drones, annoying scions that make you need to roll, and the "bid baddy" as the praetorian and the "phantom" equivalent as Harbinger.

1st I think Direct Control needs more polishing... Possessed drone wasn't that scary in ME2, especially in late game. Either buff him a lot, to make it equivalent of Banshee/Atlas. Or make Direct Control working every wave, with Collector General that actually appears on the battlefield and has the ability of possessing drones.
2nd Harbringer aka Collector General - seen only a in a cutscene in ME2. Killig him in a multiplayer wave should make the Direct Control move impossible. Or just make a Swarm controlling unit based on the CG model.
3rd Praetorian is almost the Reaver size, it is also a flying unit - and we are not seeing Reavers in MP.
4th As for the Collectors' reappearance - some guys at BioWare already stated, there was at least 3 Collectors Cruisers, and only two were destroyed.

No. The collectors aren't like the turians or the asari or humans. Basically all the collectors were in the base when it was destroyed/nuked.
Not to mention they're a hive mind. With the collector leader dead, what are they supposed to do?
Also not to mention, they are mindless bugs. They only reason they were coordinated was because Harbinger controlled them. By the end of the 2nd game, he doesn't anymore. So for all we know, the surviving collectors could be in mental limbo right now.

I would even like to play as a Prothean or Collector in MP. Not quite sure how the writers would explain that though.
