I am perhaps not quite as fast at playing through games, and I refused to even visit the site since I wanted no spoilers. I didn't watch trailers and enjoyed the game imensely... up until the ending.
In Mass Effect 1 & 2, I felt that Bioware had created two of the most cinematic and memorable endings in the medium. The scoring, combination of video and game elements, and most important the resolution of the choices you have made over x hours of play.
I'm sure all of this has been said before, but I wanted to add my comments in. I bought three coppies for my family and would have considered it money well spent for the brilliant game play, atmosphere, and story telling. I was looking forward to replaying it over and over with different choices and classes.
Now, I have set the title aside and have no desire to play it again. It's like reading a book with no ending. What is given is so vague and jarring that it truely has ruined my intense enjoyment up until this point.
Thank you for giving us a good game, but I wish you could have given us a satisfactory conculsion. Truely this is a flawed gem.

It is, and it's truly disappointing.
They failed to deliver on their promises to the fans of the trilogy and to their loyal customers, providing the complete opposite of what they claimed would be in store for us.
You're not alone in having to set the series aside after witnessing what they did to the final pages of Shepard's story.
