I appreciate anyone that has to be the public face of a company during bad times. It would be easy for her to "hate on us" but I'm glad that she sees that we TRY to be fair and don't sling around doodoo just to do it.

Yeah. I just want to say that I appreciate the respect you've given to the community so much this week. When I conquer the world you're totally at the top of my list for PR Chief of Staff. We'll eliminate war together... before you're forced to assasinate me for the good of humanity of course.
Seriously though, you're the first community manager I've ever written about in a complaint letter to a company for and it was nothing but "Yeah if it weren't for her I'd just be gone" sorta thing.
So thanks again for going way above and beyond the call of duty... you've definitely earned your promotion from Commander to Captain of the Alliance... and should there ever be a game about Community Coordinators you've earned your place as the backstory of the protagonist in which you survived the BSN Blitz and held to your morals.
Kudos to you and, by the Goddess, don't stop being you!

I don't think there's anyway I can say it much better than the first post. I can appreciate what you've done Jessica Merizan and if anything, I wish that this whole fiasco had not happened. I have heard almost nothing but good things about you from the community and I can respect you at the very least because you "hold the line" on the BioWare-side of it.

Her posting in the forums was the closest thing we've gotten to one-on-one discussion about the endings. I hope she stopped for her own reasons and not being hushed, because I feel her discussion was helpful towards the movement. It also take a lot of courage to step into the forums as hot as they are right now and not be afraid of having every word torn apart.

Don't let the vocal, rude minority grind you down: the vast majority of your fan base respect and appreciate you, and will wait while you address the ending. I too would like to say thanks for championing our cause, even though you do not agree with it. I just hope you brought up all the valid points that have been made by lots of fans. About the circular logic, the plotholes and the lack of knowledge as to the long term consequences of our choices.
Because all I can really get from the "official" statements is we know you are upset. We like the endings and so do other people.
