I don't get why you're all making these threads after you chased the poor girl away. She was just doing her job for gods sakes. You guys are being really nasty to all the Bioware staff, and the silly thing is most of you enjoyed 99.7% of the whole triology.

I'm still firmly in the "Retake ME3 change ending" camp, but I too wanted to add a big thank you for Jessica here. You have had to deal with a lot, and will continue having to deal with a lot as this issue continues, and all of us here just wanted to make sure you know that your efforts on our behalf have always been hugely appreciated. Then after making me like the game when I put my guard down they deal the death blow. Those endings killed my replay value. I have no desire to play it ever again. For 2 weeks I have hardly felt like playing any game.

And the vast majority of the many THOUSANDS of people who disliked the game ending felt, and acted the same as me.

Loved the game, hated the ending. Spoke about it in a constructive, polite, and firm manner. To demonstrate to Bioware that we love them but we don't feel the ending was acceptable.

Unfortunately there has been a small group of people on here, on twitter, and on Facebook that have not been constructive or polite. Or even just firm. These people have just been outright nasty.

And throughout all this controversy Jessica Merizan has pretty been the "public face" of Bioware; and thus had to deal with the brunt of the criticism and vitriol.

So I just wanted to say in light of the official apology from Dr Muzukya (if not any official confirmation on any changes forthcoming) that I feel that we all should thank Jessica for how awesome she has been during this whole thing. 
Because she totally has been awesome.

So thank you Jessica for being awesome about our complaints (constructive or not); about making a real effort to understand us and where we were coming from when so many others didn't even seem to be trying (even Casey Hudson didn't seem like he really got what the whole ending thing was about if his press releases were anything to go by), and some "journalists" being openly derisive and nasty about us; and for at least coming off like you got us.

We chased nobody away. Anybody responsible for this would most likely not be posting in this thread. Simply a case of the minority who act out in an angry manner ruining it for the rest who remained calm and civil and giving everyone a bad name.

But I also send my thanks to Ms. Merizan (along with many of the community heads) for calmly dealing with the massive amount of fans who offered their criticism. It takes a lot to withstand all that constant criticism, and being a person who can't take constructive criticism well this only adds to my respect for her. Sorry for the people who personally attacked you, and thank you for being a champ through all of this.
