I can't imagine how stressed you must feel and I hope you'll take this step back for a bit to feel better (my assumption, but if I'm stressed I imagine you must be much more so).

What everyone else has said thanks for your support (well not support) but for being a Mediator between us and bioware. I don't know what was said or where but the fact remains you shouldn't be attacked for doing your job either through words text or physical.

I wish you didn't have to go but I can understand why just know that you did make a differnce in here even if it at times it didn't look like it did.

I didn't ever get a reply from you personally, but I really appreciated that you were clearly listening and actively trying to engage fans in discussion.I am also one of the people who hates the endings and desperately wishes for changes, but I don't think any of the awful behavior towards you or the other staff is in any way justified. Honestly, you were one of the only things making me feel better about this whole mess. The internet can be a really unfun place sometimes. Keep being awesome.

I just wanted to add my thank yous to the list here. I've never meet Jessica or sent a tweet her way, but I truly respected and appreciated all the hard work she does for us. I'm sorry some bad apples ruined it for you, Jessica. I hope you'll still be able to interact with us in some fashion, whatever that may be. Thank you for your time and dedication.

I just read Jessica's post in the PR thread and I am truly impressed. I have to give praise to how she is keeping the lines of communication open while facing a very upset community. What a trooper!

I think I met her at Comicon if its the same lady. Seemed nice, had a better costume on than me.

She was put in a position here that she didn't deserve to be in, and she's come out of the whole affair looking like a star. I hope Bioware realise what a champ she is.

I completely agree, props go to her for putting up with some of the really rude people, while still being willing to listen to those who are staying civil and mature in voicing their complaints about the ending

Jessica has been a stand out for Bioware throughout all of this
Her tweets, responses, and general deminor has been 5star
I work closely with PR people (the joys of working for a large hotel group) and i wouldnt take their job for all the tea etc etc, but she has handled not only unwarented attacks but genuine criticim/prase/questions in a way that I find breathtaking

If you don't get a pay rise or promotion out of this then a few folks will prob want to start a new retake movment on your behalf

One guy with horrible English phrased things poorly on accident and then apologized right away. Stop bringing this up in every thread, it doesn't make you look smart.
