Letting us know she is the one that is taking our stuff to Rey means she did all she possibly can. So, we have no RIGHT to lay any of our complaints at her. Got it Hold the Line members? You cannot reasonable expect anything else from Jessica.

Maybe someone can help me with this.  I'm trying to copy/paste a few paragraphs from MS Word to the forums, and it's giving me nothing but problems.  Any suggestions?

Personal attacks and threats are unacceptable and far beyond simply crossing the line. They are wrong, inexcusable, and shameful. Jessica has been doing am amazing job and is has been extremely patient with us. She really is a champ.

Highlight the text in Word.  Press CTRL + C.  Click inside the text box here, press CTRL +V.  There's some kind of restriction on using mouse-click copy/paste (not sure what, or why, or if it's just specific to my setup).

Some say its just a job that your being so kind, but when we compare you to the others, it is obvious that you are going above and beyond. People don't do that generally even if it is their job. No one else has spent so much time, engaging us who is from Bioware's side and I appreciate it.
