I don't know if it's bad manners to respond to an appreciation thread about yourself but oh well.

Thank you guys so much for the kind words. I know you didn't have to do it, and it means a lot to me to hear it. Possibly I've spent too much time in the PR Machine thread in the past 24 hours and didn't realize that the whole point of the thread is about not trusting people like me So I got bummed out and confused when people were picking apart everything I said there.

It's not fair to shut myself off from engaging with the community because a few people momentarily spoiled my good mood and seemingly-endless patience.

I'm trying really hard to do right by you guys and if nothing else, I hope that you guys can look at Ray's post from today and know that the feedback I've been gathering from you great bunch of people didn't just get in the hands of our leads, but it went into the hands of our LEADER.

You guys are swell and I want you to know that I wouldn't do this type of sacrifice my personal life to tweet and converse for ANY other community. This collection of people is special to me.

Thank you Jessica for all you hard work. Sorry to hear that some people with way to much negativity have gotten you down. Reading your tweets about ME3 always brought a little smile to my face and hope to my day. Looking forward to the future when you are allowed to discuss ME3 indepth!

Really we all still love BioWare even though some of us may be angry or upset right now. I think everyone was just so anxious to see what happened at the end of Shepard's story that we may have missed some things along the way. I really like the Indoctrination theroy and appreciate what BioWare was trying to do if infact this theory is real. Looking forward to the news in April.

Ignore the haters. I've been trying to explain to people that they simply do not understand how (good) PR is done and they're being overly cynical about the whole thing, but to little effect. Thanks again for being a calm voice in the storm. You've been astoundingly patient and good to the whole community.

Cosign on all the good vibes that have gone before. We know this can't be particularly easy or good vibes for any one on the staff and Jessica especially is getting the short end as the "public" face here on the forums. Jessica's been consistently going above and beyond to interact positively with an extremely upset fandom at a critical time for the company and the fans. In a sense our faith has been shaken and there's a lot of hurt/upsettedness on both sides of the fence. This has resulted in some fans being "overzealous" and hyper critical. For the most part though I'm proud of the behavior of this particular corner of the fandom and would encourage everyone to continue engaging in a positive and healthy manner in the future.

Hey guys! Thanks again for your support. Don't forget that there's lots of people working behind the scenes that just aren't Twitter crazy like I am. ESPECIALLY Chris Priestly. He's the backbone of this forum and allows for a lot of us to engage in discussions, and puts in a lot of personal time. Jarrett Lee is also a superstar on the forums (we need to convince him to start tweeting!) and really cares about the community.

I'm going to close this thread because it's not about the game.

I should go.
