Or a crate of beer. Lol.

I don't have a twitter so I can't message her directly. Hence the thread.

I think I'm might just pitty her if people started to inundate her wil cases of beer, homemade cookies and the like. Don't get me wrong she's been fasntastic, but got what would she do with it all.

I don't think there's any excuse for rudeness but it's a reality that there's always that segment who think that being polite doesn't matter. So yes, props to Jessica and any and all folks in the Customer Service profession who have to put up with the rude customers. Having been there myself I feel you pain.

I hate it when people bash her about the endings. She's doing a wonderful job as a CM.

While her answers or responses didn't do much to help me personally, I respect that she can do her job without turning into a bitter alcoholic.

Thanks Merizan, 5 gold stars for effort.

with her you see way more of the real person than many give credit to. The " PR" Spinning has to be there to a point, but in truth it's more or less a simple " you can talk about_______, but don't go into_______ until were ready" But that goes for anyone attached to anything.

I held a near identical position with another developer/publisher and can actually say she goes above and beyond what is required, and she is " her" which is more rare, and takes a heavier toll in the long run.

Everything you say, candidly, or of your own musings, or just being " yourself" is picked apart ( understandably more so in tough times) the more you open yourself, and face time you give- even when it is because you truly care about the people and enjoy them you become a target " because you are visible"

She has no reason to come in on her off time, or open her personal twitter to fans...I had no reason to share my messenger with ________ players/community other than purely enjoying the people, even though that lead to a great deal more stress than not. She, and any other could simply stick with collecting data, directing traffic, working on little things like aiding with promotional things etc and rarely , if ever need to get into the trenches and just idly talk with anyone.

That actually is why to me she has earned far more than what is given. Perhaps It's because I have " some" first hand experience in a similar place? I don't know. People are going to come to their own ideas of how much is scripted, and whatnot, that won't ever really change, it comes with the job. What I will say though, is that you see more of " her" than you do the " employee"

You can do your job in a crappy manner or do it exceptionally. It's still a job, but credit where credit is due.

Not her job to keep her personal Twitter account public and take flak from people day and night.

She has been amazing. All the CMs have been doing their jobs very well. And while I still would love Ending DLC, I really appreciate their hard work and I hope we are not being disrespectful to them or to anyone working at Bioware. Being on the other side of the fence does not mean we are enemies.

Jessica is the truth. The way she's been treated, she might easily have turned on us as a whole but rather she remains very fair minded. She has a super difficult job and does it with a lot of grace and class. Much appreciation and respect, thanks Jessica.

I read some forum thing Jessica did prior to the game, and read her on twitter since, and i feel so sorry for the lady, she's absolutely lovely and she genuinely loves the game and i honestly think she was happy with the ending. Actually while i'm not happy with it, i'm not as mad as others, i thought the autodialogue was a far bigger mistake. But Jessica is lovely and I hope this whole hate thing is over soon and she can get some sleep. Big hugs.
