There is no excuse for rudeness, it's not going to help. She has an extremely tough job to do at the moment and was not responsible for the situation. On the other hand she has been largely invisible on here (and I was under the impression that given her job she should have been visible) so I wouldn't commend her either. The only thing she can really do at the moment is to collate and convey feedback to the devs. Since this is behind the scenes we really don't know how good of a job she is doing.

It isn't that she is doing her job.
It is that she is doing her job at 200%. I mean no one should expect to go to work and deal with a torrent of abuse (which she had to at the beginning on twitter), but she handled it with grace and aplomb.
Is there something wrong with thinking that she deserved a mention for that?

Yeah, Jessica needs some credit for the stuff she's taken lately. To be honest, she's been the most active with the fans, listening to our reactions, trying to suggest what she thinks of as the ending.

I want to thank Jessica as well, but also Priestly as well as Jarrett Lee. Priestly for allowing us for more or less having our discussions and criticisms without lockbanning everything and everyone and Jarrett for being what appears to be honest and pretty open with us as well. I know these last two weeks have been hard on them as well as us players.
All that said, there is still much to be done besides just an interpreted apology and acknowledgement of the problems. Until they are fixed, this is a nice and needed first step towards recovery, but only the first step.
