She's never responded to my feedback and no, I've never been rude to her on twitter...
Surely u arent that arrogant?
Someone just posted that she was getting 1000+ tweets per day. It's a lot to keep up with...

Forgive me if my lack of twitter experience has let me down but it says she has 6566 tweets, does your tweet count go down over time or has she only been tweeting for 6 and a half days? As I said before, I have absolutely nothing against her, she has a sh*tty job at the moment, a lot of her work is behind the scenes.... but don't exagerate it to the point of putting her on a pedastal.FitScotGaymer wrote...

And will it's nice she tries to communicate with us, there have been a few post which have been insulting, either from a generalization she makes, being our representive she really shouldn't do that or her approval of other condesending posts, videos etc, which we are all meant to rise above.
Frankly between that and a few other things Bioware members have said I really want to see an apology from them now, even if it doesn't touch on the ending. (Though it'd be nice if they did touch on that and even nicer to mention the fact you cannot get the "best" ending though just the single player game alone).

I am firmly in the retakemasseffect-hatedtheending camp but I like to think that most if not all of my posts have been firm yet constructive about my dislike of the ending and what I feel is the problem.
And the vast majority of the many THOUSANDS of people who disliked the game ending felt, and acted the same as me.
Loved the game, hated the ending. Spoke about it in a constructive, polite, and firm manner. To demonstrate to Bioware that we love them but we don't feel the ending was acceptable.
Unfortunately there has been a small group of people on here, on twitter, and on Facebook that have not been constructive or polite. Or even just firm. These people have just been outright nasty.
And throughout all this controversy Jessica Merizan has pretty been the "public face" of Bioware; and thus had to deal with the brunt of the criticism and vitriol.
So I just wanted to say in light of the official apology from Dr Muzukya (if not any official confirmation on any changes forthcoming) that I feel that we all should thank Jessica for how awesome she has been during this whole thing.
Because she totally has been awesome.
So thank you Jessica for being awesome about our complaints (constructive or not); about making a real effort to understand us and where we were coming from when so many others didn't even seem to be trying (even Casey Hudson didn't seem like he really got what the whole ending thing was about if his press releases were anything to go by), and some "journalists" being openly derisive and nasty about us; and for at least coming off like you got us.
Agreed.

Thank goodness for Jessica. Even if we don't get an ending that satisfies it's nice to know at least someone at Bioware cares enough to listen.
Agreed!
