I hear all this talk about the DLC coming up I i can't help but wonder, what does it matter? I mean, everything goes to hell no matter what you do in the game. The galaxy gets divided up, the relays are destroyed, the Citadel is kaput, and billions are stranded on foreign planets or dead.

So if that's how it ends, then why does it matter at all if Shepard helps retake Omega from Cerberus? Or whatever else Bioware/EA has planned?

Eeexactly. We keep hearing about how Bioware promises the DLC lineup will provide closure and answer questions, but you can't do that with pre-ending content. So either they're making everything up in an attempt to quell the rage, or they've actually got something planned.
