I was a lurker until the endings. I don't think I made one post until I beat the game.

Pretty much the same for me. Have never even been to the forums before. I wandered here soon after finishing the game, utterly confused (and that's coming from a person who likes the ending of Kotor2), lurked around for a few evenings, then proceeded to write long essays on how to fix the endings that got buried in the forum anyway.

I posted a little bit here and there - only in the Kaidan thread, though, I think. Honestly, I avoided the rest of the forum because I was afraid that everyone would be rude and flame everything. My posting has skyrocketed because of Mass Effect 3.

I did. It was mostly in the general discussion forum before the game released.

The only time I had even come to the BSN was to register game content. ME3 ending definitely was my motivating factor. (Actually I've become somewhat addicted to the fan movement to have the ending changed.)

I can indeed confirm that I only actively began using the BSN post-endings. I briefly snooped around beforehand, mainly to register games and so on and so forth (pre-Origin).

I've been around the forums and the community since NWN, but only last month did I create an account and take up arms.

------Update------------
Updated the first post. I posted some information from what has been gathered from all of your votes. Thank you all for participating and I hope we can get more people voting in this. This will send a very clear message to Bioware along with some of the other polls people have made about what specifically people are upset about.
Perhaps when I have freetime I will put all of these polls people have made in one nice topic for Bioware to look at and think about. If you made any polls that got a lot of posts and are unbias'ed or mostly unbiased can you link them in here for convience? More polls about the ending the better. I only want polls with at LEAST 100 votes total.

This is what I am talking about. Abnormal amounts of people posting.
This post sank to the 2nd page like the titanic.

I posted here a bit before, but did so a hell of a lot after learning about the endings back in November from the leaked script.
So kind of both. I certainly started posting alot more, primarily to complain, after I learnt what awaited us all though.

I personally don't believe in the 1% rule. At least not in this situation.

I actually was a member up until about January last year? But then I left the forums and deleted my original account because I just thought the drama wasn't worth it. I never really posted on the forums anyway. I was mostly active in groups.
But I DID join again because I wanted to voice my anger about the ME3-ending, so I'm counting myself to those who joined the BSN because of the ending. I think I joined one day after I actually finished the game.
And no matter how the matter will be resolved, I'll be leaving the forums again after they made a clear statement on whether they will change the endings or not. But before that, I'll hold the line.

Yes, I'd pop in either on the ME3 main thread or various DA2 threads

I had like maybe 5 posts on here before I beat ME 3.

Yeah, I've spent my share of time here and at the old boards.

Like others, I had not looked at the BSN until after I had finished ME3. I wanted to see if there was anything I could have done to get a different ending (I did discover how to get the breath scene), but then I realized I was not the only person disappointed. I decided to join up to show my civil support to requesting BioWare do something about the ending.

I was here a long time ago for dragon age, came back cause of the ending. Now, I try and keep people as civil as possible. Need discussion, not rage and trolling.

I had an existing account, but I don't recall making it or for what reason. I wasn't a participator or a lurker. If the ending had been on par with the rest of the game, if I had absolutely loved it, I would have never ended up here in the first place.

I had originally joined to get my free Bring Down The Sky DLC, but turns out I got the wrong forum. So i left and never looked back.
THEN I encountered Mass Effect 3 ending and just had to see if I wasn't only one felt betrayed.

Every time I come to the ME 3 forums, I mutter, "Damn kids, get off my lawn."

I think I posted once like two years ago to ask a question about ME2.
Started posting actively when I finished the ending to express my outrage and disappointment.
