Frequent lurker since ME2, when I wanted to see if others felt that Liara's story was neglected. With ME3's ending, I remembered how fan feedback helped shaped the excellent LotSB, so I thought it time to start contributing instead of simply observing from the sidelines.

Occasional lurker here ever since ME2. The ending of ME3 enraged me enough to coax me out of my shell.

Didn't use or read BSN before ME3's ending.

It's still a wretched hive of scum and villainy, but it has some nice bars. :<

I took a break as well. Loved my DA:O days and ME 1 & 2 times on here. I wasn't planning on posting as much as I do now, but after what I felt from playing the game I had to voice my opinion b/c I don't want to see my favorite franchise end the way it did. Goes against everything I worked for and believed in when picking up this Bioware IP.

I usually lurked every now and then, but now I'm on here at least once a day.

was on here a lot, but i found i didn't really need to post much because others were saying things that i wanted to say but a lot better than i could...However, since finishing ME3. I have found myself very vocal in my disappointment and disapproval of how the story was wrapped up, so i have gone from being a lurker to being proactive...They have to realize that there are more and more of us joining the "we are very unhappy" queue. So because of this I have come out of hiding to join with all you wonderful ppl

I signed up to register my copy of ME2, but very rarely posted. When the ME3 demo came out, I began to post much more often. With the full game released, I now visit the forums every day and usually post at least once or twice here and there in various topics.

I haven't really been active on the boards much before this fiasco.

I posted a few times over the Bioware bazar a few years ago (oh look another instance where the docs told porky pies)
Then few posts over the Cluster Copulation that was the London ME3 Space launch

Then a poop load of interaction regarding the debacle that was the endings.

Suffice to say it was mass effect 3's terrible endings that got me more engaged in the community.

I've been here for years. Tis better to have a relationship with BW and the devs in good times and bad, than just negative.

I started when I needed to see if I didn't get the ending, or if it was bad. It's bad.

I was here for a while before and after Mass Effect 2 was out but then I stopped coming because I didn't want any spoilers for Mass Effect 3. I came back right after I beat ME3 to join the discussion.

Oh I guess I was also here for Dragon Age 1 and 2.

I replied to a few comments (literally) before I got ME3, mostly lurked.  I'm not much of a typer these days, and prefer to hash out my ideas and theories with my partner over dinner, but I enjoy reading what other people think of the things I'm thinking about.  Currently, the ending of ME3 is why I'm commenting.

That said, I'm also not here to prove Jessica Merizan wrong.  She's intelligent and educated, and I think her information is solid, even if this instance would happen to vary from the norm.

As I stated in the poll, I can't remember any time that I even touched the forums until I hit the endings, and just used BSN to register my games.

Last time I was here was when I was dissatisfied with the DA2 ending. After much hate about how I was in the minority, and Bioware didn't address the concerns, I did what I was told and left. Because obviously DA2 ruled.

Yeah. About that.

Used to be fairly active on the ME2 Jack thread, but kinda ran out of things to talk about and just checked out until the lead-up to ME3. Here I thought I'd be checking back in with the Jack fans, but instead I was in the ME3 Spoiler Group, lamenting the terrible endings ahead and wondering how the folks who weren't spoiling themselves would end up reacting.

And yeah, it ended up being as bad as we thought.

I've read through a few posts when new games were coming out but never post. But after this .... this fiasco..... Well lets just say a life long gamer's rage with the direction the games industry is going can be a powerful tempering agent.

Ditto this person.  I was almost never on here prior to beating ME3.

Been here since 2010, posted occasionally on the german board. Since I finished ME3 yesterday, my activity here has gone through the roof compared to the last two years.

I was very active on old ME forums.  I started lurking in 2005.  I registered and started posting in early 2007.  I posted there regularly until they were closed.  I just loved discussing various aspects of the Mass Effect universe.  Then I came here.  I was disappointed with ME2.  I stated my opinion, but I wasn't particularly interested in changing other people's opinions or arguing, so after spending some time stating my opinion, I went back to lurking.  I stopped lurking about a year or so ago, because part of me feared my disappointment with ME2 was due to unrealistic expectations, and I didn't want to set myself up again.  While I didn't actively follow ME3's development, I had a subscription to Game Informer and read a few interviews published on the internet, so I failed to completely avoid news.  I then came back after finishing ME3, because I had some questions.  I'll probably fade away again in the not too distant future.

(100% Agree) Want to point out I don't tend to use the word "hate" without good cause. I agree with it's use here
