I was impressed how they managed to make a robotic voice sound emotional. He actually sounds sad when he says these things.

Mordin on the Genophage mission basically everything he says is brilliant and it was in ME2 as well. I loved his story arc the way he believed in what he did and slowly began to question himself and then make up for it in the end (If you let him)

As already said "I MADE A MISTAKE!" was a great line just how he emotionally yells at you when you push him on how he previously defended what he did.

And when you try to stop him with the paragon interupt he has a great line.

"Shepard please...Need to do this. My project,my work,my cure...My responsibility"

I loved how that one was delivered,

And when he's fixing the problem and has the building blowing up around him and starts singing to himself. The nervousness and sadness in his voice shows really well and adds to the emotion of the scene.

Basically any scene where Shepard is yelling at somebody with Jenifer Hale she just makes those lines so much more fun.

Like with Wrex telling Shepard to hurry up "There's a REAPER in my way Wrex!"

And Liara being a backseat driver.

Liara: gogogogogogo!

Shepard: I'm GOING

Liara: Truck!

Shepard: I KNOW!

also the Biotic God lines. The way they were delivered was brilliant. As soon as he says "FEAR ME!" I crack up everytime.

The rest most of the standard stuff like Sovereign's speech. Captain Kirahe's brilliant speech on Virmire etc.

And a special mention to Freddie Prinze Jr. For his excellent all round performance as James Vega. It's funny i felt i would hate that character when i saw the pictures but the voice acting really made him likeable he seems so human and real with all his different emotions. I guess that's what you get from an experienced actor.

Now, my favorite moment is Ashley's "don't go." It's a really powerful scene - it does feel like a "farewell" in reality. Some other characters have similar moments here in the finale, but this one has the most impact on me.

Mordin's scenes are pretty much perfect. His new VA did good here, I simply love it.

FemShep and Liara in the taxi in LotSB -- from sarcastic to annoyed to pleased.

I was rather impressed with Freddie Prinze Jr.... he is rather typecast as the goofy guy in movies and such and so I was pleased that he brought a lot depth to Vega that I wasn't expecting.

Talking to Joker after thessia I thought male shep did a good job showing anger in his voice also joker actually being serious for once. The voice actor for Javik I thought did an excellent job through the game.

I think Mark Meer outdid himself in this one. I couldn't pick out anything in particular, as i thought it was all done so well, but i think mordin in Tuchanka, Legion and Tali on Rannoch, anything Tali and Garrus said, and the emotive liara bits (Her Star diary thing, her farewell, and the events after Thessia were all quite touching)

However, There is reaper in my way. That was amazing. So much rage and irony mixed in one sentence. You want to laugh so much, but there is that freaking reaper blocking your way...

And there is Mording singing again.  And his test on seashells.

I don't think I've verbally "D'awwwww"-ed from a video game before that.

I have a lot of moments... But the one that always makes me laugh is Commander Bailey "welcome" speech the first time you arrive on the Citadel =)

I love Liara's voice actress and femShep's. Most of the moments I thought were great have already been mentioned. One other that I really loved was the moment where (if you have the From Ashes DLC) Liara confronts Javik after Thessia. Very powerful.

My FemShep was loyal to Kaidan but I watched a scene on youtube where Kaidan brings up the fact that you "moved on"/"cheated"/whatever you want to call it with Thane, and Shepard goes:

'I'm sor- argghhh..."

The way she knows "I'm sorry" just won't cut it, she doesn't know what to say, she's conflicted and frustrated... Jennifer Hale is awesome.

This entire speech.  The way that Jennifer Hale says her final lines to Garrus, and ACTUALLY SOUNDS LIKE SHE'S ABOUT TO CRY, really hit me hard.  Made me realize just what a brother Garrus was. 

And for clarification, I didn't romance Garrus.  He's too much of a best bud to be having relations with.  So having Femshep almost cry when this happens just as friends is too much.

In the official FemShep trailer, I loved Hale's reading of the line "Tell your friends I'm coming for them!" But then I never encountered the actual line in my game.

Anyone know if/when this line occurs in the game? Thanks!

Oh, and pretty much my favorite voice acting is any moment between FemShep & Liara. Love the awesome chemistry between Hale & Hillis.

I remember giggling when playing LotSB for the first time. Liara is thinking out loud about how the enemy could attack them more efficiently. That whole convo, well, just loved it =)

Yeah, if you romance him its even better. She replaces "I'll always have your back" with "You'll never be alone". It's incredible.
