am I the only one who watches these and can argue every point they make.
and I find it hard to believe they found NO ONE who supported Biowares decision. Complete bull

Good for you for offering a counterpoint though.
I don't have a problem with IGN being pro-endings, but they haven't even bothered to try and understand.
And that's RANK journalism.

Of course they didn't because they don't actually give a crap about the opposing view point.
They care about themselves and thats about it.
Can't spell IGNorant without IGN.

Where was their "Fallout 3: A DANGEROUS PRECEDENT" video?
Or the "Prince of Persia Epilogue: A DANGEROUS PRECEDENT" video?

it sets a dangerous precedent.
Because when Bethesda retconned the ending of Fallout 3, Bethesda ceased to exist. uhm

Of course IGN would see it as "a dangerous precedent" because it will absolutely out them as the industry shills they are and would give consumers an increased amount of power over "industry insiders".
It threatens their very way of life and they're scared.
Good, I say.

I know it's Colin even without opening the link. It's just better to IGNore this altogether, much like Colin does to every argument made against his all the time.

Bahah, they're starting to lose ground. I love it.
100% sure that Colin (one of those) will make a ragevideo when the DLC will come out
"This is an outrage Bioware!! Pleasing fif*coffcoffcough*thousand fans over us and other 74 reviewers! Shame on you!"

very small minority? he should look at his company's own poll. And they still fail to see the point of the whole Retake movement.

"I know that when I beat the game - before it came out - when I reviewed the game, I actually really enjoyed the ending. It put a smile on my face, and, uhh, I understood, uhh, why the ending was the way it was." -Colin Moriarty. 1:50-2:10 in the video
It put a smile on your face? Really?
You understood why the ending was the way it was? This is your opportunity to fill the rest of us in!

actually would be an IMPORTANT precedent, like the Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948 (only this time is gamer rights)

When did games start to become art instead of a consumer product? I've seen this 'term' thrown around on the defensive side. Art is fine when it's for yourself and the appreciation of others that are not paying for it and have certian expectations.
I couldn't make it more than 10 seconds after 'we couldn't find anyone to support bioware's' decision'
