"We couldn't find a single person." I find that funny that we are being criticized for being unwavering and single-minded when they are doing the same.

The gaming industry obviously isn't fueled by fans or consumers, thanks for teaching me things IGN.

meh, if he were a real man, he would use an interactive forum for such arguments rather than posting videos where no one can disagree with him. I could post videos saying all matter of BS too.
Whatever. IGN is dead to me.

IGN place themselves on a high and mighty pedestal - but after they have put themselves on such an attack on gamers - I cant honestly watch anything from them without laughing. They really are a joke.

It amazes me that BioWare have been more classy with this than these guys. These were the same lot that cried about Cole from inFamous being changed for inFamous 2, then got it changed.

Agreed. If they have time to make a video, they should do some proper research before. I closed the tab as soon as I heard Colin M speak. What a joke

IGN can be all pro ending they want, but it crosses the line when they make fun of and complete disrespect those who do. That's not Professional Journalism, thats childish antics.

What is up with his earrings?

Is he a gamer or a Jersey Shore impersonator?

Moriarty? Wasn't that the guy who killed Sherlock Holmes?

Then Conan Doyle had to resurrect him because of a huge fan backlash.

Maybe that's why he's pissed....

This is why I pay attention to metacritic scores and not IGN. Look at the difference between the publication's ratings versus the user's ratings for DA:2 and ME:3. They are getting hammered.

When did bioware clearly say they were altering the ending? (Did not watch video but looked at title.)

i for one am okay with the endings...... as in i understand why they are the way they are. but i do wish for better ones, so this was good news to me that they are trying to fix this "problem" with the game. I will pay for this dlc

They aren't gonna say anything bad about the game or Bioware because Jessica Chobot is in the the game.

It's ok. Do you see the Mass Effect galaxy map behind them? It doesn't get any more obvious than that.

I'm astonished that IGN lost respect for Bioware because the latter admitted that the ending wasn't up to expectations of their core fans. Not only that but they're spreading misinformation as well, as nothing has even been said about Bioware actually changing the ending (unfortunately) and whether or not it's going to cost anything hasn't been revealed either. And they don't even care about our reasoning at all, their argument is that Bioware should stick to their ending "just because". Oh well, nothing new.

Wow, I couldn't make it through the whole thing but when he said "They can't leave it so wide open that maybe some players will have a sequel and some won't.." I just had to laugh a little bit.. because it was COMPLETELY possible to finish ME2 in such a way that, well, some Shepards didn't have a ME3.. heh.

I saw what he posted on twitter. First, he jumps on us for daring to ask for changes. Then he jumps on Bioware for even considering it.

Because when Bethesda retconned the ending of Fallout 3, Bethesda ceased to exist. uhm

Skyrim was amazing... Oh look... It's made by Bethesda.
