I don't know. Killing Marauder Shields might be the most evil thing you can do, and sadly we're all forced to do it before we realize what it will mean.

^I SAW that the other day on youtube!!! Christ...wasn't it sad enough in the paragon version?!? I'm trying to do a renegade femshep run right now through the whole trilogy and there is no way in hell I will be able to bring myself to do this.

Most evil thing you can do is not shooting the kid in the vent.
Second most evil thing you can do is letting Samara kill herself then shooting her daughter.
The genophage bit isn't evil, can be argued either way. Killing Mordin is the only evil part of it.

I think the decision to leave David Archer in Overlord was probably the worst decision you could make. Not even playing as a renegade playthrough could I follow through on that nasty bit of business.

You won't have to, if you play a perfect Renegade.
Kill Wrex on Vermire in ME1.
Destroy Maelon's cure data in ME2.
If you did that, you can convince Mordin that curing the genophage is a mistake. He will agree with you and walk away. He'll live and become a War Asset.
