Let Samara kill herself then shoot her daughter.

This is way worse. Sabotaging the cure actually carries some strategic benefit. Doing that yields absolutely nothing.

What about gunning down Rana Thonoptis in ME1. I can't remember the details but seemed to think it was pretty cruel at the time.

I just can't get myself to do things like that or play Renegade.. it just feels wrong, i tried in me2 one time, but its just against my nature.

Playing straight renegade or straight paragon is impossible for me. Paragon is nice to people who don't deserve it and generally  dumb as a stump, where renegade has some huge douchebag moments with no practical gain. Renagon for the win 70% renegade/ 30% paragon.

I played through as a Renegade and came to the Mordin thing.

I saved the game and had to turn it off after I did what I did, didn't see that coming. I've never felt conflicted over a videogame.

That's when I thought, "Bioware...you're so good...how did you go from this to the endings?"

So well written.

I always wanted to play renegade. I just can't.

I would like to think that the single most evil thing you COULD have done is that in the ending when you take control of the Reapers Shepard becomes intoxicated with power that commands the Reapers to destroy the entire allied fleet. Then continues the extermination of organic life and becomes the most powerful/ruthless being in the galaxy.

But from what actually occurred in the games... I'd say leaving Grunts team behind to save the Rachni Queen. Then thinking that I lost Grunt at the end of the mission.

Actually choosing Synthesis to me is pretty bad. How can you decide to completely alter the lives of trillions of people across the galaxy by rewriting their DNA?

Killing Marauder Shields is the most evil thing you can do. The rest can be explained logically.

I should add that the commenter on YouTube pointed out something I didn't even see - the gun Shepard uses is the one Mordin gave him in ME2.

Such a good job...

WHO would do this????

I would if:

- Wrex was dead due to choices in ME1 making Wreav the leader
- Eve was dead due to destroying the data in ME2

Under those circomstances I definitely would sabotage it. Because with Wreav at the helm and no Eve to support him Krogan will just ruin everything later. But since Eve was alive and so was Wrex on mine, I definitely cured it.

I don't know. Tali stabbing Legion in the back and then pushing the renegade button several times to finish him off after allowing the Quarians to exterminate the Geth is pretty evil too.

Shooting somebody who's already dying is cruel, sure, but not exactly evil. And in this situation, he had just tried to kill you himself.

i did it. And I was mostly paragon during the three games. but I made that choice because that's what my shepard thought was the best. I wouldn't actually do that.

He doesn't try to kill you really. He just holds you so he can upload the code.
He doesn't want to kill you but he certainly doesn't want his entire race to be exterminated. It was really sad to see him act out against whom is likely his biggest hero after becoming such an individual.

But then I did the paragon speech, solved the conflict with words and everything was fine.

Yes, this is... common... knowledge. Shooting your friend in the back? That's not even renegade man, that's TIM level evil bastard backstabbing.

I'm glad someone did it. Now I don't have to.

Here are two things I learned from seeing that option:
1) Salarians have green blood
2) Mordin finally admitted he made a mistake.

God damn.

I'm glad I watched that because Mordin had some good lines there. "I made a mistake!"

Ugh. :/

Bah, that is practically Paragon. I melted the brain of her best friend until he did it for me.

I was doing a Dark Side playthrough but even that... damn... making Big Z do that was really evil!

Yeah I really liked that line.  I think my reaction was "woah".

To be honest, I'm not sure if I could pull the trigger.

i think siding with the geth and having tali kill herself was sadder

also if you don't do jacks mission she becomes a cerberus phantom and there's a audio log of her being tortured on TIM ship.

This is why I play Paragon, these outcomes would strip the fun away from this game for me
