And thus why I can never play a Renegade, Also my Paragon Shep would shoot that Shep in the face!

No paragon shep would buy renegade shep coffee. Thats what paragon shep does with ****s. Renegade shep would kill that renegade shep.

My Renegade shep would take a bullet for Mordin.... :|

Yup. Paragon shep would be too busy trying to talk down the shooter....

I screamed at my monitor before I saw the Paragon interrupt, it was so heartbreaking

I let the Rachni queen go and thought it meant Grunt would die. I was basically in tears and then almost injured myself jumping out of my chair when he showed up all bloody.

ugh moments like that are why I love bioware.

Same! Seeing him come out was like... YES! Not ALL my ME2 teammates have to die!

Yeah, I was already crying over Grunt's death when he came out of that pit. Well played, whoever wrote it...

I did that mission after Mordin died.

IMMEDIATELY after he died.

"No...NoNoNO!"

"Grunt....yes, Grunt.  Thank you God it's Grunt."

I actually just teared up remembering that.

I played this with my kids watching and we were all just about in tears when he went over that cliff.  When he came staggering out we scared the dog with our watery cheers.  :D

WRONG!!

The most evil thing you can do is to kill Legion during the upload of the reaper code... You need to be a real fascist as*hole to do that

Funny, I saw the a youtube clip of Legion dying via renegade interrupt a few days ago and that's the thing that first came to mind reading the thread title. I found watching that was more heartbreaking than Mordin or Wrex being betrayed, or Samara and Tali committing suicide. Maybe that says some weird things about me, that seeing a robot getting beaten to death, even though it attacked first, gets my greatest sympathy. Or, it says more about how damn awesome Legion was written and VO'd.

Saw the title of the video and I couldn't watch it. I can't ruin Mordin's death, it was such a fantastic scene.

I don't know. Tali stabbing Legion in the back and then pushing the renegade button several times to finish him off after allowing the Quarians to exterminate the Geth is pretty evil too.

This.

Really there are excuses for most of these terrible renegade acts, but for me, personally, siding with the quarians and killing Legion is the least excusable. Though killing Falere is rivaling it... but that's just one person, not an entire, innocent species.

So many sad but incredible things in this game... :crying:

I was so sad when I thought he was going to die. Guess it was good that I earned his loyalty.

So I am evil because I....
1. Shot Mordan in the back to get Salarian aid
2. Lie to Wrex and Eve about curing the Genophage
3. Shot Ashley in the Stomach, then shot Undina (even though I loved her)
4. Let Samantha die to fill duties to the code, then killed her daughter because of the code
4. Didn't let Mira have access to classified documents so she dies.
5. Killed Wrex when he came after me
6. Destroyed the Quarian and let Tali die because the Geth have a greater force to fight the repears.

I did it to save the galaxy war is full of sacrifice I will win at any cost.

of all the decisions you could make, siding with the quarians and shooting Legion is the most evil. Killing Mordin is incredibly sad, but justifiable when you consider the massive bloodshed that would result when the krogan began to expand again. Killing legion is beyond the pale.

-Good job you put ashley out of action. That didn't help with saving the galaxy.
4. Let Samara die to fill duties to the code, then killed her daughter because of the code
-Fixed your typo, and this only loses you a powerful biotic ally
4. Didn't let Mira have access to classified documents so she dies.
-Definately doesn't help....
5. Killed Wrex when he came after me
6. Destroyed the Quarian and let Tali die because the Geth have a greater force to fight the repears.
-You know having BOTH the quarians and geth on your side is better than just one....

I did it to save the galaxy war is full of sacrifice I will win at any cost.

See in-line.

Yea. Even paragon shep would do better. That's how you know you played renegade wrong....

You can still play a renegade and get peace between the races, you just have to be an **** about it.

This is the BEST scene in the entire game.   Arguably the best scene ever in a video game.   Incredibly powerful, incredibly well crafted.

I think the Single most evil thing to do in ME3 is chose the destroy ending with low war assets because you wipe out everything , synthetics, mass relays, earth and the galaxy is royal screwed.

I don't feel bad about letting the Quarians get wiped out. The morons chose to attack a superior force despite being given the option and order to retreat. The Quarians have always been the aggressors and got what was coming to them. Tali was weak.

I did it mainly for the emotional reaction, I didn't want the everyone lives, everything happens exactly the way you want it type of experiences. I wanted some curve balls thrown my way and to actually be depressed yet satisfied at the end of the war. Sadly the ending led only to depression, but this part of the game was epic. Not to mention Wrex has a little talk with you later..

Not evil. Renegade. A renegade Shepard that believes another krogan uprising is inevitable should the genophage be cured would consider killing one person, even a friend, to be an acceptable sacrifice, and is willing to take extreme measures to secure a peaceful future. That's classic renegade.

Punching Dr. Manuel on Eden Prime in ME1 after he tries to warn you about the pain and suffering that is coming.

"No one is saved. The age of humanity is ended. Soon, only ruin and corpses will remain."

"we have unearthed the heart of evil. Awakened the beast. Unleashed the darkness."

Exactly, I was thinking longterm. Especially after the news EDI gave us about female reproduction. The ending ruined the decision entirely, but if you ignore the ending I actually think it's a very smart decision. Also you have to consider some people have Eve die during their playthroughs, they can't afford to have just Wrex alone try controlling the entire Krogan race once the cure is done.

Agreed. So many people forget what renegade is all about.
